Where can I purchase tickets, and what is included?

Do I need to print my tickets?
No. Tickets can either be printed or scanned directly from your phone using the QR code included with your Ticket Tailor confirmation. Guests are also encouraged to save their tickets to their mobile device for quick and easy entry at check-in.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. However, tickets may be transferred to another guest by contacting our team in advance at office@rockfromtheheart.org

We keep things casual all weekend long! Comfortable clothes are perfect for the daytime Aortic Ed educational sessions and Survivor Recognition Dinner.
Feel free to dress up a if you like, but casual, comfortable attire is always welcome.
Can I attend the educational sessions if I am not a medical professional?
Absolutely. Aortic Ed Sessions are specifically designed for patients, families, survivors, caregivers, advocates, and community members. Presentations are focused on real-world education, awareness, and connection—not just medical professionals.

Yes. The Aortic Ed Sessions and Survivor Recognition Dinner are open to all ages. Families, survivors, caregivers, advocates, and community members are all welcome to attend.
Where is the benefit concert taking place?
The Rock from the Heart Benefit Concert will take place at the DECC Harborside Convention Center -Ballroom. Event staff and signage will direct guests upon arrival.
What time do the doors open for the Rockin’ Hearts Pre-Show Party?

Will food and drinks be available at the concert?
Guests attending the Rockin’ Hearts Pre-Show Party will receive appetizers and a drink ticket as part of their package. Bar service will also be available during the concert.
What should I wear to the Rockin' Hearts Preshow Party and Concert?
This is a rock event, so lean into it! Throw on your favorite rock tee, jeans, and comfortable shoes for dancing. Whether it is Rock from the Heart gear or your favorite classic band t-shirt, the vibe is entirely casual and fun.
Is the Benefit Concert all ages?
Yes. The Rock from the Heart Benefit Concert is an all-ages event. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Guests age 21+ who wish to purchase or consume alcohol will receive a wristband after presenting a valid ID.
Is there a discounted hotel block available?
Yes. A limited number of discounted rooms are available at The Inn on Lake Superior in Canal Park. Booking information, rates, and cutoff dates are available HERE.
Where should I park, and is there a fee?
Parking is available in nearby DECC parking lot and ramp. Standard parking rates apply depending on location and event traffic.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The DECC campus is fully wheelchair accessible and includes elevators, accessible restrooms, and designated drop-off areas for guests with mobility needs.
Can I sign up to volunteer at the event?
Yes! Rock from the Heart relies on an incredible volunteer team throughout the weekend. Volunteer opportunities include registration, setup, guest services, merchandise, and more.
